Vinyasa Yoga @ Newlands | Term 4 | 2026

Join Rachael on Wednesday evenings for a Vinyasa yoga practice. 

We usually start each class with some breathing practices or breath awareness before moving into movement.

You can expect each class to start gently and then build up, options will be offered throughout and you will be encouraged to move in a way that listens and honours your body. This might mean taking stronger or more gentle options depending how you are feeling and your intentions for the day. 

This course will run for 10 weeks on the following dates at NECCHi Newlands - 20 Murray Rd, Coburg North:

About your facilitator:

Rachael has practiced yoga for over 20 years in a variety of styles and her practice has evolved over this time.  She teaches a vinyasa style class that moves with the breath as well as offering reflection and relaxation. Rachael believes that practicing yoga is a way to develop a deeper relationship within oneself and to develop the skills to be present with oneself.

Additional info:

• Classes are open to anyone interested in Yoga from age 16+

• A basic level of fitness and mobility is required for this class. If you have an injury it is recommended that you see a physio prior to commencing classes.

• Mats and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own.
