Vinyasa Yoga - Session 2
Event description
To practice yoga is an opportunity to be witness to yourself and to develop those skills of self witness.
Rachael has practiced yoga for around 20 years in a variety of styles and her practice has evolved over this time. She teaches a vinyasa style class that moves with the breath as well as offering reflection and relaxation.
Each class starts gently and builds up, options will be offered throughout and you will be encouraged to move in a way that listens and honours your body. This might mean taking stronger or more gentle options depending how you are feeling and your intentions for the day.
This evening class will finish with a 10 minute guided relaxation.
Classes are open to anyone interested in Yoga from age 16+. A basic level of fitness and mobility is required for this class. If you have an injury it is recommended that you see a physio prior to commencing classes.
