Welcome to Violence in the Valley, Below Parallel’s only 3-lift CAPO comp of 2022.
CAPO members are welcome to enter and cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female lifters decided by Glossbrenner.
For the first time ever, State records can be set at this meet!
This is a sanctioned competition, rules can be found on the CAPO website. Entry for spectators is free!
