Thie VIP Breathwork sessions are limited to people who have already done a Breathwork workshop with me - The Breathwork Society.

No chats, no explanations, you know how it's done so we get to dive straight into the process and make it 100% about the practise, about you, and about giving you the reset you deserve.

As you all know the power of Breathwork is amplified when we come together to practise in groups, and that becomes even more powerful with a group who understands the process and who don't hold back so that we can all let go together and create some serious magic.

The Breathwork process is longer than usual creating an even bigger and more profound experience!
