Join this live, virtual breathwork mastery practice facilitated by Sunni Hart using intention, breath, sound to bring you into deeper connection with yourself.

The breathing style is full, conscious and connected, held at a gentle pace. Sessions can be subtle or dramatic, both are equally potent. This is a self-generated, agenda-free space. There are no contraindications and you don't need any experience with breathwork to join.

This is for you if:

You've felt something shift in your body during other practices and wanted to go further into it, not around it.
You've been carrying something that words alone haven't shifted, no matter how much you've talked it through or tried to organise your thoughts around it.
You want a practice that meets you where you are, not one that asks you to perform intensity or push past what's true.
You're curious what a subtle session can hold, not just a dramatic one.
You want somewhere self paced, where nothing is imposed and nothing needs to be explained afterward to be valid.
You're looking for something ongoing, not a single fix, a practice you can return to.

Practice will be held on the first Monday of the month 7-9pm and the last Saturday of the month 9-11am.
