Men, starting next week and running fortnightly, we're going to start chairing a virtual get together.

As the nights draw in and the end of year approaches, thought it would be good to provide an accessible outlet for people to check in and catch up.

We'll run these on a Wednesday (every two weeks) from 7pm till 8.30pm. You can join us for all of it, or for 5 minutes what ever you feel comfortable with. Starting 6th November.

These virtual check-ins are about connection, support, and giving ourselves permission to be real. Each 90-minute session is an opportunity to breathe, reflect, and share without judgment. We'll use the PIES model to help guide our conversations, creating a structured yet flexible environment where every voice matters.
