This session is designed for experienced learning facilitators, looking to move classroom training to online platforms, while maintaining the human element, so important in face-to-face sessions.

The learning objectives are as follows:

Demystifying virtual learning – what’s the same and what’s different
Designing for virtual classrooms - including converting sessions from face-to-face to virtual
Preparing yourself and participants - technology choice, communication with learners, priming activities, technical run-throughs
Facilitating the session – identifying roles, maintaining engagement and participation
Post session follow up
