You lie down on a mat and some music is played. Some consider it a purifying experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, and release can happen physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally. PREPARING FOR THE SESSION

- You will receive the zoom link the day before the event, please contact me if you do not receive it.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may like to wear an eye mask.
- Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine.
- If you are a meat-eater, try to refrain from meat a few days ahead of time.
- No coffee, alcohol or use of other substances before session if possible.

SET UP FOR THE SESSION

Please download Zoom on your chosen device. You will need a laptop/tablet/phone with an inbuilt webcam and a stable internet connection strong enough for music and video. You will need a quiet room where you will not be disturbed or distracted for the entire session. Music will be shared to you so you may want to use a speaker or headphones as the experience will be better with clear and loud music. You will need a yoga mat to lie on or you may lie on a bed. Your camera will need to be positioned so that your entire body is visible on the screen.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Please inform the host at least 12hrs prior to the session if you are unable to attend and you will be able to change your ticket to another date. If it is after 12hrs before the session your ticket will be forfeited.
