Vicki Hodgson is a qualified Business Lecturer, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Master Practitioner of Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP).

With over a decade of teaching experience at University level, Vicki is passionate about leadership, education and lifelong learning with a proven track record of delivering high quality degree programs in the UK and Australia. Vicki has managed teams, mentored and supported business owners throughout her career and has a real desire to see people achieve their full potential to add value for others and solve problems. As a Director of BYOM Vicki spends the majority of her time coaching and facilitating workshops for business owners.

In Vicki’s spare time she also runs a DJ business.

TIPS

Plug in a microphone/headset (and select it)
Position yourself against a plain wall to reduce distraction (or to use virtual backgrounds) Have natural light or a light in front of you.
Put your camera at eye height, so if using a laptop use something to raise it (boxes or reams of paperwork well!)
For fun, before the meeting, install SnapCamera, to have access to a range of filters and effects.
