Mindfulness and connection (in self-isolation!)

Join us for a virtual lunch gathering on Zoom guided by wellbeing specialist Lina Mbirkou to explore mindful practices that can enrich our daily lives and deepen our connection with ourselves, others and the beautiful world around us.

Against the backdrop of forced self-isolation, social distancing and an upheaval of both life and business as usual, this session aims to provide a safe, open space for connection, sharing and finding strength and peace in these increasingly challenging times.

Details Meeting at 12:30pm (AEST) via Zoom. Finish time is 1:30pm

Cost This event is being offered on a donation-basis. All contributions are greatly appreciated and assist with covering the costs of hosting this gathering. If you're not in a position to donate, you are still welcome to attend and register via the 'Free registration' option.

Limited to 20 people Please be mindful of others when booking your ticket. Only register if you are fully intending on joining, as this session is capped firmly at 20 people and we don't want anyone missing out who could benefit.

Note After you've completed your registration, you will receive an email containing more information about the session - including a Zoom link with instructions on how to dial-in to the video conference.
