"These sessions have been an effective way for me to learn. I look forward to jumping online every week, being still, and learning. It's become part of my routine.”
Virtual MyTime: Supporting Young People with YDAN
Description
Learn ways to support and empower young people with disability
For this session of Kiind’s Virtual MyTime, we’re excited to be joined by Jenni, the Programs Manager at the Youth Disability Advocacy Network (YDAN).
YDAN is Western Australia's leading advocacy organisation and peak representative body for young people with disability aged 12–25 years. As a not-for-profit organisation led by young people with disability and those with lived experience, YDAN empowers young people to be valued, heard and respected while advocating for a future that is fair, inclusive and free from discrimination.
Jenni will share information about YDAN's exciting projects, programs and opportunities, including ways your young person may be able to get involved.
