The end of the year can be exhausting for many Autistic children. As their energy is running low, the demands often increase. There are more school events, celebrations and changes to routine.

This Virtual MyTime session is a chance to connect with other parents and carers. We’ll talk about supporting our children through a busy time of year.

Noticing when your child is running out of capacity

Supporting your child when routines are less predictable

Adjusting family plans when your child has reached their limit

Helping your child recover from school and social demands

This is an online peer group

Virtual MyTime brings parents and carers together to talk and connect over topics families may be navigating.

Guided by a facilitator who is a peer, with space to hear from families, share your own experiences, or just listen.

This peer group discussion is not recorded, to respect and protect participants’ privacy.

Parents and carers living in Australia raising Autistic and neurodivergent children including those who are exploring or awaiting a diagnosis.
