Event description

Big changes can bring big feelings for you and your child. Whether you’re heading into kindy, daycare, or Year 1, this session is here to support you in creating a gentle, confident start that works for your child and the people around them.

We’ll discuss how to prepare, what to expect, and how to share what really matters, in a way that feels doable, supportive, and true to both you and your child.

In this peer group we’ll explore

  • Routines, regulation, and settling in at your child’s pace

  • How to talk with educators about your child’s needs and strengths

  • Building trust and connection with your child's educators

  • Trusting your own instincts because you know your child best

This group is facilitated by Kristy
Kristy is a proud mum to Dash, who is Autistic and has ADHD, just like his mum. She’s passionate about connecting with other families and celebrating neurodivergent joy and all the strengths that come with thinking differently.
