Visible Mending Workshop

Visible mending is a wonderful way to reduce your impact on the planet while exploring and expressing your own creativity. In this workshop with artist Michele Grimston, you’ll learn a range of techniques to darn, patch and reinforce old textiles to extend their life and add meaning and beauty to your everyday objects. Participants are encouraged to bring their own garments or household textiles to mend, and to take a relaxed and meditative approach to creating unique mends that reflect their personal style. All tools and materials provided.
