It is a creative and motivational tool that uses the principles of laws of attraction and intention manifestation where you express your dreams through pictures, words and imagery onto a real canvas and take home as an inspirational reminder of what you have decided you are ready to create for yourself in your life and inspire you to keep growing towards those goals.
HOW WILL YOU DO THIS?
Nestled in a clearing on the beautiful grounds of Fires Creek Winery Liz McDonald will use the sanctuary of nature and guided meditation to bring you to a relaxed space of centred stillness and trust, letting your busy mind take a back seat so you can hear your Soul remind you of what brings you Joy; of how your ready to grow and why it's time to value YOU this year! During the meditation Liz will help you experience your inner radiance that is unique to you and how you can use this as your number 1 tool in your vision quest. She will provide enquiring prompts that you can then journal your responses to after the meditation to starting anchoring the wisdom you activated in your Soul vibration.
After this peaceful and enlightening experience the Vino & paired chocolates expertly prepared by Firescreek Winery will be served if you have chosen this as a part of your booking. This delicious sensory eating experience will ignite your pleasure senses activating positive endorphins along with Serotonin, Dopamine and Oxytocin in the brain.
You will then be ready to enthusiastically embrace the idea of your full potential in the motivational life coaching session lead by Lesley Bramston back in the studio looking out through the french doors to the delightful lily pond and beyond.
