In this class you will explore the various ways one can find healing through the art of collage; for instance, collage can be a form of meditation, a vehicle to practice self-awareness, and a way of connecting us with own inner dialogues. After a brief discussion and meditation you will make a collage to create a symbolic expression of our heart’s desires, dreams, and aspirations.

There will be a large collection of various magazines, however you are welcome to bring any personal pictures, images, etc. to add your own personal touch.
