You're invited to join this special Vision Board and Sound Healing Workshop, a fun and restorative event that will leave you feeling deeply rejuvenated and excited about the future! 


WHEN: Sunday 6th April 2025 at 12:00PM

WHERE: Soul Tribe Yoga Studio in Batemans Bay



BRING: Anything for your added comfort! You may wish to bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, water bottle or journal. Please arrive promptly by 11:55am to ensure we commence on time at 12:00pm. All art supplies will be provided for the Vision Board workshop but you're more than welcome to bring any specific images that are inspiring to you.

WHAT TO EXPECT: You will enjoy a one-hour guided meditation and sound healing journey that will leave you feeling totally blissed-out. Following this, you'll complete a guided journaling and values exploration activity, before getting creative and making your very own vision board to take home.

Are you curious about the Science behind Sound Healing? 💜

All living matter is energy vibrating at different rates and frequencies. By altering the vibration, we can change the structure of living matter.

Theta brain wave frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states, offering clarity of mind, relaxation, stress relief and heightened intuition. This is exactly what happens when the brain listens to sound bowls for a period of time. This concept is called ‘Entrainment’ which is the process of synchronising our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to.

This also has ongoing positive impacts to your biochemistry, from serotonin production to endorphins, and even melatonin to assist with pain relief, emotional regulation and sleep.
