Embody the Vision - A fun & creative workshop for all

If you love vision boarding or manifesting, or perhaps you love the idea of balance and harmony as you move into 2025....This IN PERSON half day workshop is FOR YOU!  You don't have to be creative, you don't have to have ever done vision boarding but I will tell you this...It's going to be new experience and one filled with support and guidance.

This is more than a standard vision boarding workshop. We will be exploring the emotions that we associate with what we desire and want for ourselves. Once connected to this we can then begin to embody what we want from an emotive perspective. Then we create from that position.

This is open to ALL - men and women

We will be exploring this process in a DIFFERENT way:

• Not only creating a vision board - but rather finding our happiness and creating an EMOTIVE board 
• An Emotive Board encourages exploration of emotions, intuition, and alignment, enabling individuals to connect with their happiness - Your Ikigai....this is the reason you get up every day. It aligns to your passion.
• Yes we will be cutting up magazines, sticking bits and bobs onto a board but we will also be truly FEELING what we want our 2025 to be and creating from that point of awareness.

You will reconnect to that creative part of you that often gets lost in life.  You'll get some time with them in a creative pursuit and you may get to know a little bit more about who you both are in the process.

Time:     9:45am - 1:15pm (including morning tea)
Where:   Marou.Home (25 McKeon St Maroubra)  

We will leave urgency behind, find our purpose, nurture friendships and nourish our minds and bodies as we explore with curiosity, creativity and fun. There will be a light morning tea provided but if you want a coffee or something more substantial there are some great cafe's in McKeon St.

Ticket sales are now open and spaces are limited to ensure everyone has a unique, supported experience. 

What to Expect:

You will experience a safe space to be you. You will be held. You will be able to share or not and I will provide you with an opportunity to speak, journal, meditate and create. You will leave with a new sense of self, a Vision Board and plan to move into 2025 and a sense of calm connection.

What to Bring:

• Yourself! with a healthy dose of open heart, curiosity and creative juices.
• Although all equipment is provided - you may like to bring a glue stick, scissors, and any images/words/photos etc that you'd like to include in your vision/emotive board
• If you have spare magazines - bring them along - but note they will be cut up!
• Also bring your favourite pens, pencils, textas etc
• And a water bottle.
