If you love vision boarding or manifesting, or perhaps you love the idea of balance and harmony as you move into 2025....This IN PERSON half day workshop is FOR YOU! It is open to men and women aged 18+. You don't have to be creative, you don't have to have ever done vision boarding but I will tell you this...It's going to be new experience and one filled with support and guidance.

Who knows you may even find your purpose!

Ikigai is a Japanese word which roughly translated means "The happiness of always being busy". But this is more than doing things. We all hold our own personal Ikigai within us, you just have to find it through patience, connection and curiosity. So in this workshop we will be connecting to our personal Ikigai and then conjuring up what our 2025 will be like - manifesting it through embodying the process. And you guessed it - we will then vision board this connection to ourselves. Bringing meaning and joy to every day.

Date:   Sunday 2 March 2025
Time:     9:45am - 1:15pm (including a 20min morning tea break)
Where: Marou.Home (25 McKeon St Maroubra)

We will leave urgency behind, find our purpose, nurture friendships and nourish our minds and bodies as we explore with curiosity, creativity and fun. There will be herbal tea and a light morning tea provided but if you want a coffee or something more substantial there are some great cafe's in McKeon St.

Ticket sales are now open and spaces are limited to ensure everyone has a unique, supported experience.

What to Expect:

You will experience a safe space to be you. You will be held. You will be able to share or not and I will provide you with an opportunity to speak, journal, meditate and create. You will leave with a new sense of self, a Vision Board and plan to move into 2025 and a sense of calm connection.

What to Bring:

Yourself! with a healthy dose of open heart, curiosity and creative juices.
Please bring glue stick, scissors, and any images/words/photos etc that you'd like to include in your vision board
If you have spare magazines - bring them along - but note they will be cut up!
Also bring your favourite pens, pencils, textas etc
And a water bottle.
