Event description

Discover the City of Stirling’s hidden treasures at the Mount Flora Regional Museum in picturesque Watermans Bay!

Glimpse into yesteryears through captivating photos and witness the evolution of our city, from Indigenous history through to the post-war years. Go on a self-guided tour of the museum’s unique displays across two levels, where you can view photographs, artefacts, and clothing spanning several centuries.

Peer through windows into the past on the mezzanine level and see what typical rooms looked like in the early days, and how people lived and worked. Then venture onto the museum’s rooftop to see beautiful panoramic views of the City’s northern beaches and a stunning mural by artist Brenton See.

Day: Every Wednesday during the Australian Heritage Festival

Opening hours: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Venue: Mount Flora Regional Museum, 30 Elvire Street, Watermans Bay WA 6020

Cost: Admission is a gold coin donation.
