Come join us on a tour of FareShare's huge vegetable gardens in Clayton South. Learn how this property originated through the benevolence of Les Baguley and has become a top-yielding vegetable site for the charity.
Garden Program Manager, Isabel Menssink will lead our tour explaining the challenges involved in managing a large-scale food production site, the volunteer workforce and the process from 'farm fork to plate', as well as her own horticultural story.
Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the tour.
