Learn about visual journaling in this 4-part in person workshop led by local artist Mardi Reed. Discover how spontaneous drawing in a journal format can lead to movement and self awareness. Enjoy experiential exercises and an opportunity for you to tap into your playful, creative self. Drawing experience is not necessary.

Mardi Reed, MSAE developed the visual journal--drawing spontaneous marks in a diary format at Goddard College. The journal later informed her thesis at Mass College of Art, where she received the Robert Cory Award for innovative study. She has exhibited and taught workshops for 30 years in New England and Mexico.
