Dr Peter Dingle (PhD) author of Gut Secrets, Ready Set Gut Health, The DEAL for Happier Healthier Smarter Kids, My Dog Eats Better than Your Kids and many more best-selling health books shares in his usual up beat manner the importance and role of gut health in creating healthy children in the first Vital Table Talks of 2020. A topic that close to the heart of all parents:

Kids, Guts & All: Building a healthy child through their gut.

We all want our children to grow up and be as healthy and balanced as possible, but learning how to do it right and the best way possible is sometimes tricky.

Peter is here to help you on your journey. Starting with the importance of the gut and then navigating through prenatal, perinatal, infant and through to a young child, to help build the foundation of your child's gut for the rest of their lives.

A child’s gut microbiome has a big impact on their health for their future so make sure you get it right.

Your ticket not only includes being a part of the talk and discussions led by Dr. Peter Dingle, but also includes a welcome drink, access to the market stalls and a 100% organic meal, created and cooked by our very own Simon Naber.

Join us at Moore & Moore Café on Tuesday 25 August to hear the words that could change your child's life.
