Vitamin Dance acts quickly - it is absorbed easily by any body - digested in the moment -

Its effect are instantaneous if you surrender and trust the moment.

Vitamin Dance can have tremendous impacts on your ability to handle Life and it's unwanted tempests and uninvited storms.

Vitamin Dance is not a substitute for self-awareness, self-responsibility, and care for another though.

Vitamin Dance can have side effects: it might trigger a range of emotions, that are absolutely welcome to be felt in the room. It is actually what you are welcome to embrace and accept.

WHEN:

Next: Wednesday 5th August 2026

7 - 9 PM

Music kicks in at 7 PM and the actual dance journey starts 7.15 PM for 90 minutes.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

A water bottle

Comfortable outfit that makes you feel good about yourself! Bring in on. Feeling good, looking good, make this night a gift for yourself!

Notebook/journal and pen ( there will be quieter moments during the dance, half way through. This can be a good time to write down your thoughts and insights)

WHO IS IT FOR:

Suitable for Adults

Sober state required

Children must be supervised if you come with them - free till 11 yo

WHAT TO EXPECT:

No talking from the moment you enter the Hall

No shoes if possible for you

Guidance from myself (invitational)

A 90-minute curated journey with music that invites your movement and dance in a free flow form. Stillness, resting on floor, free expression through movement and even sounding and releasing your voice are welcome during this dance journey

When the dance finishes, I invite everyone to a sharing and closing circle.

We can then talk/socialise in the space until 9 PM

CURIOUS ABOUT THIS CONSCIOUS DANCE JOURNEY CALLED 'VITAMIN DANCE' ?

The dance journeys that I create are rooted in a willingness to make this space a C-A-T-A-L-Y-S-T For your transformation.

I work with / I intend ..

- I work with the energy of the Elements to curate the journey (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether).
- I intend each track to hold the energy to support self-connection, safety in the space, self expansion, letting go, intentionality and empowerment, then integration (influenced by my training and experience as Unconditional Love Healing practitioner)
- I am influenced by my training as Unconditional Love Healing practitioner, which allows me to add the flavour of Love - the frequency that I intend for this container
- I use my Authentic Relating education. The music and my facilitation are intended to be catalyst for self-awareness and slowness, as foundations for healthy communication.
- I work with my own Life experience, as I have been the feeler and the witness of my suffering. This allows me to bring compassion for all beings and all dancers, while I remain in humility as I discover the gift of this human experience.

ABOUT THE DANCE

As a Unconditional Love Healing practitioner (I have learnt with Simon Win-Lung and Lora Radford from 2017-2021) and trained Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, I will curate a journey based that not only gives you the opportunity to 'free' yourself and be with whatever thoughts, feelings, as most conscious dances would do.

I bring this very unique and important aspect to it, which is the vibration of Unconditional Love as the anchor of your empowerment.

This is a choice that you make for yourself: to get to the knowing that none of your negative beliefs are true.

In short, your emotions and emotional expression will reveal some unconscious beliefs about your self. Bringing them to the surface is a the most courageous act of self-love and acceptance. It does not stop here.

If you are ready to feel fully empowered and truly free, there is one truth that is available to you at any time: you are by essence worthy and beautiful. Your work is about removing what is the way of this truth.

ABOUT ME

I am the creator of Maroubra Dance community, Ecstatic Dance facilitator with experience running Friday night in Sydney CBD (2019-2021) and online through Insight Timer (2021-2024).

I am a Clinical Nutritionist for Digestive Health working online, with international patients (supporting IBD, Histamine intolerance, autoimmune disorders, Methylation related issues)

I am also Authentic Relating Facilitator - certified Master Facilitation Skills program with Auth Rev, L1 and L2 with ARTinternational.

Currently studying ZenThai Shiatsu with Sonia Brown in Newcastle NSW.
