You have spent so much time worrying about what you look like, and missed out on life because of this
Those times you have not gone swimming, or wore an outfit you loved, feeling shame about your body
You want to love the skin you are in, yet have those inner thoughts often tell you need to change first

So much of the external world, media, social media contributes to this thinking, that your body is not right, not perfect, needs to change!

In fact the whole retail/consumer industry is designed to make you feel less than, so you will buy buy buy the products to "change" what they say you should change!

Its time to take back your power, your body, to celebrate your body, to worship your body, love your body! Your body is not an apology.

Enter Temple Body Women's Circle with Mira Claudia founder of her_TRYBE and Karen Andrea from Viva.
