FREE School Holiday Program - Beach Soccer Mini Goals Workshop

Organized by Caju Cultural, proudly supported by the Office for Youth
Get ready for a fun and energetic Beach Soccer workshop at Town Beach!
Players will experience the unique challenge of playing on sand through fun games, skill challenges, 1v1 and 2v2 activities, shooting and finishing, followed by an exciting 3v3 Mini Goals Tournament.
The workshop is designed to develop ball control, balance, coordination, creativity and teamwork in a fun and inclusive environment.
No previous beach soccer experience is required — all skill levels are welcome!
Date: Thursday, 1 October
Location: Town Beach, Port Macquarie
Cost: FREE
Places: Limited to 9 participants per group:
Group 1 - Ages 12-13 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Group 2 - Ages 14-15 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Light snacks will be provided.

What Participants Will Learn
Improve ball control and first touch on sand.
Develop balance, coordination and agility in an unstable environment.

Learn basic beach soccer techniques and tactics.

About Facilitator Iuri Lage
Originally from Brazil, he grew up playing football in the streets, beaches, futsal courts and grass fields, experiencing the different environments that helped shape the Brazilian style of football.
Iuri is currently a coach at Shoot Academy in Port Macquarie and holds an Australian Football Class C Coaching Licence. His passion is helping young players develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong love for football through enjoyable and challenging learning experiences.
This workshop combines Brazilian football culture with modern coaching methods to provide a memorable and exciting introduction to beach soccer.
