The Vivacious team bring you Vivacious Escapades!

A 3-hour mini-workshop event. With Physiotherapist & Exercise Scientist Guy Agutter and Health & Movement Coach Selina Droessler.

You will get a workbook on the day that will include recipes and movement plans to take home with you.

This mini-event will focus on pain science and movements for rehab, we will chat about all things nutrition, diet and how to keep your eating on track as well as have 2 different movement sessions one run by each Guy & Selina.

We hope to have more mini-events in the future allowing a deeper dive into more elements of health at each event.

We hope you find this smaller and local event a nice way to either stay in touch for those who came to our big event in March or maybe as a way to dip your toes into what Vivacious is all about.
