Vivaldi Gloria - Lithgow Concert

A celebratory concert combining forces from two longstanding Bathurst musical institutions: the

Bathurst Chamber Orchestra and the Allegri Singers. Two energetic works from the famous “Red

Priest” of Venice will frame the program, beginning with his double trumpet concerto, showcasing

trumpeters, David Hood and Laykus Woods, followed by a choral offering from the Allegri Singers

and J. S. Bach’s much-loved B minor Suite featuring flautist, Emma Knott. Vivaldi’s exultant Gloria

will then provide the grand finale, requiring all forces in a jubilant display of collaboration and joy.
