Tour Summary:

Vivid Sydney is an annual creative festival that showcases the soul of the city, in collaboration with the most brilliant and boundary-pushing artists, thinkers and musicians of our time. From 26 May-17 June 2023, Vivid Sydney fuses mesmerising art displays and 3D light projections with exhilarating live music performances, thought-provoking debates, and deep-dive discussions from some of the world’s brightest minds.

    Itinerary:

    Day 1: Pickups will commence by 10:00. Lunch stop @ Heatherbrae (choose between Heatherbrae Pies, Hungry Jacks, KFC or Guzman & Gomez own cost). Arriving to check-in around 16:00. Time to get your party frock on for our Vagabond VIVID one-and-a-half-hour dinner cruise! Back to the Hotel, get some rest as tomorrows a big day and we have a HUGE night install for you @ the ZOO!

    Day 2: After breakfast we will head off to the Nursing & Medical Museum around 09:25. After our tour the All-Guides guide will board the coach for the next 3-hours for our Sydney Sights Tour. Back to freshen up at The Great Southern by 15:30. Now you have had an hour to get your sparkles on we head over to Taronga Zoo Sydney. Dinner is from 17:00 to 20:00. We then commence our escorted VIVID walkthrough. We should all be tucked n by 22:30.

    Day 3: After breakfast it is time to check out and start our journey home. Departing at 09:15 we head to Mooney Mooney for our Broken Bay Pearl Farm discovery experience. Lunch isa short 200 metre walk to the Mooney Mooney Club. Comfort & Cuppa stop at Buladelah before drop offs commence around 18:00.

    Cancellation Fee (excluding theatre, concert & sporting tours)

    60 days or more notice prior to departure date – service fee of 2% maximum of $20pp + supplier fees

    42 days or more – loss of deposit

    29 – 41 days – 50% of fare + deposit

    30 days before & day of departure – 100% of fare

    Cancellation Fee for theatre, concerts & sporting tours

    In case of concert or sporting tours, admission tickets are purchased in advance, therefore a minimum cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of admission tickets will apply and some accommodation require prepayment and refund will be subject to their own conditions.

    Refund policy

    Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: 42 days or more—loss of deposit 29-41 days: 50% of fare plus deposit 30 days before and the Day of departure: 100% of fare. In the case of concert or sporting tours, where admission tickets are purchased in advance, a minimum cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of admission tickets+ fees will apply. Some accommodations require prepayment and refunds will be subject to their own conditions.
