Unlocking the Power of Youth Engagement: Attracting, Engaging, Retaining, & Recognising Younger Volunteers

Are you a believer in the transformative benefits of volunteering? Are you an advocate for youth? Are you a Gen Y, Gen Z or Gen X volunteer? We invite you to the VM Café for a dynamic workshop that will help volunteer involving organisations to reshape volunteering opportunities to be attractive and engaging for younger volunteers.

Date: 31st January 2024

Time: 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Location: VNQ Training Room

In this unique and interactive session, we've adopted the innovative "Design Thinking Model" to bring you a workshop like no other. We're not just discussing ideas; we're creating actionable strategies.

What to Expect:

1. Understand what younger volunteers want and need.
2. Define the challenges to engaging younger volunteers.
3. Design a creative solution.
4. Prepare and test the solution.

This VM Cafe isn't just a discussion; it's a hands-on journey into the minds and motivations of younger volunteers. You'll leave with practical, effective strategies to attract, engage, retain, and recognise the young change-makers of our community.

Register now to secure your spot at the "Engaging Younger Volunteers" VM Cafe. Let's unlock the power of youth engagement together!

See you there!
