Whether speaking our truth quietly and clearly or singing with loud vigor; the premise is the same.

Often times we can struggle to free our voice and the block usually stems from being shut down somewhere in our past.
Join me for an evening of Vocal Empowerment to find your voice & reconnect with your vocal chords. Your organic instrument.
This practice can translate into your life in ways such as
- assertive communication
- knowing your inner truth and speaking it
- more confidence to speak in public or the work place
- allowing our sound to move stagnant energies and disempowerment lodged in the body
- joyfulness that comes from singing
This workshop is for you regardless if you think you can "sing"
