Arrive on time and enjoy the first half hour to mingle and land in the space. Then, we’ll begin by gently arriving in the body with grounding teachings and playful practices to help you feel safe, centered, alive and empowered in your vocal expression. You’ll be guided through tools that build confidence and awareness —not just in singing, but in how you understand yourself and show up in the world.

Your voice is only as powerful as your relationship to your whole self.

Experience the magic of chakra toning, vocal harmonizing with the shruti box and crystal singing bowls with the rhythm of the medicine drum to move stagnant energy, clear blockages, and awaken your voice from within.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect directly with the instruments, feeling their resonance in your own hands and heart.

You’ll leave feeling more connected, uplifted, loved, and liberated in your body and voice.

And just know—every practice is optional. You are not expected to sing, and the journey is deeply fulfilling no matter where you are on your path.
