Let's get ceremonial (and a tad dramatic), while we lay any hindrance to our fullest/healthiest/truest expression to rest. And then we sway into the depths of easeful stillness, finding the ember glow of a new sonic brilliance, giving birth to a path of vocal freedom / vocal rebirthday. This workshop includes embodied movement, breathwork, song, and song circle, and invites your unique intuitive body wisdom of movement, rhythm, + musicality to come into it's own leadership. It also offers practical vocal techniques to release tension and find beautifully sustainable vocal flow.

Rhys is a trumpeter, singer, voice coach, songwriter, producer, and actor.

* MYSTIC MOVES + CONCERT DANCE PARTY w/ natalie deryn johnson guided movement workshop into live songs by DERYN

Dance teacher becomes siren, calling you deeper into your body and wonderment, using evocative movement invitations, leading into live band and song performance. From subtle to not so subtle movements, we find ourselves playing in the relationship between the imaginal and the tangible, conjuring a realm of gentle and vivid sensory experiences. This guided movement and energy exploration workshop transitions into live band concert, where continued movement or audience listening is welcome. Be prepared to fall in love with yourself as ripening leaves fall September to its end.
