Join us for the first in series of ‘Voice Notes: Illuminating Issues that Matter’ across 2025. We are starting the season strong, marking International Women’s Day with Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, Julie Inman Grant. The theme of International Women’s Day 2025 is ‘March Forward’, calling us to advance gender equality, empowerment, and safety in an increasingly digital world. 

A global leader in digital rights and protection, Julie has been instrumental in tackling cyberbullying, image-based abuse and online exploitation, ensuring the internet remains a place of empowerment, not harm. Her visit will inspire us to embrace technology responsibly, stand against online harassment and march forward toward a safer, more inclusive future.

Revenue generated from this event will be donated to Mary's House Services providing essential accommodation for women and their children fleeing domestic and family violence or abuse. Mary’s House Services supports their clients’ to feel safe, hopeful, and empowered in rebuilding their lives.
