Gamelan Suara Kupu Kupu (Voice of the Butterfly) is an Australian-Indonesian fusion music group who live somewhere between the virtual studio, a Sundanese gamelan and an Australian landscape! Enjoy sumptuous Indonesian food while listening to a melodic montage of gongs, saxophone, violin and suling (flute) all accompanied by Indonesian gamelan. The Indonesian cuisine will include vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Spicing will be mild with the opportunity to add extra chilli sambal once the food is served.
