Join us for a deep, embodied 2-hour journey into the ancient and essential art of voice as a powerful ally in the childbearing continuum. Whether you are a birthing woman or a birthworker (midwife, doula, space holder), this offering will nourish your nervous system, awaken your voice, and equip you with tools to bring more depth, ritual, and resilience to the path of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

This is not just about singing.

This is about remembering that song is a technology of community and belonging — a medicine that opens emotional pathways, creates coherence in the brain and body, and invites us to connect to something much greater than ourselves. A practice that gently holds what words cannot.

In this live gathering, you will experience:

• The physiological, emotional, and spiritual benefits of voice work
• A layered voice journey — from breath to humming, to toning, to melodic mantra and medicine songs
• Songs and practices to soothe, energise, and support yourself or the birthing people you serve
• Tools to incorporate voice work into your own practice or your care of others
• Insights into the neuroscience of song — melody, rhythm, tone, vibration, and how these elements support memory, relaxation, and the birth process
• Stories, songs, and soulful reminders of how to bring ritual and sacredness back into the everyday
