Join Us for Self-Advocacy Day!

Spend the day building your confidence, learning new skills, and having fun with friends! In small groups, you’ll rotate through different activities designed to help you speak up for yourself, make choices, and share your voice.

Including Terri Couwenhoven – on relationships and dating, Tara from Me Plus More. on supported decision making, plus more guests!

** Please note if we have NOT received your signed 2024 Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports version 2, you will not be able to attend services with Down Syndrome NSW.

You need to return these forms 48hrs before a scheduled activity then you will be able to attend this Up! Club activity.
