In this interactive online workshop, we will look at how to maximise your volunteers’ potential and keep them coming back. By the end of the workshop, you will:

· Identify some key volunteer roles in your organisation: Practice writing clear role descriptions and task descriptions

· Have a process for selecting suitable volunteers: Matching them with roles that suit their skills and interests

· Understand the importance of screening, interviewing and selecting volunteers for roles - consistent with anti-discrimination law.
