volunteer needed for SUPRA Event | October Grill & Chill

Volunteers should arrive 30 minutes in advance, at 4:30 PM, to assist with event setup and briefing.

Join the volunteer team for the SUPRA October Grill & Chill!

Volunteers will help support the event with tasks such as setup, attendee check-in, food and drink distribution, queue management, venue guidance, photography, and pack-up.

The event will include light food, snacks and drinks, followed by a screening of Coco at around 6:00 PM.

Please note that this registration page is for volunteers only. Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and assist with their assigned duties throughout the event.

❗ If you are no longer able to volunteer at this event, please locate the “Manage Order” option in your confirmation email and follow these steps: “Refund/Cancel” → “Self-service refund” → “Cancel ticket(s)”.

Please cancel your registration as early as possible if you are unable to attend, so that another volunteer can take your place.
