Volunteer sign up for Mother's Day Tea!

We need your help! Join us on May 11th for our Mother's Day Tea as a volunteer and support us before, during, or after the event. 

Tasks & Shifts include: 

10:00AM-12:00PM

• arrange dining and cocktail tables
• place table covers on each table
• place 8 chairs around the table
• Place centerpiece on table
• set the table { place charger plate, napkin,  silverware, and menu on table
• Place stanchions and signage at entry points
  

1:00PM-3:00PM

• Welcome guests and check off names as they enter
• Help guests to find their destination 

4:00PM-6:00PM

• take off tablecloths and place in laundry bag
•  remove centerpieces
• place any trash in trash cans
• breakdown tables and chairs
