Volunteer South West warmly invites those who recruit and lead volunteers to join us for an engaging Networking Sundowner featuring light bites and refreshments.

This is an opportunity to connect with others who manage and support volunteers, exchange ideas, and explore how volunteering is evolving in our communities.

During the evening, we'll share insights from our Regional Out of the Box Volunteering Project, highlighting the importance of creating more inclusive, flexible, and volunteer-friendly opportunities. Discover how taking a fresh look at volunteer roles, recruitment processes, and ways of working can help organisations better meet the needs and expectations of today's volunteers.

Hear stories from Volunteer Managers, share your own experiences, and join the conversation about what works, what challenges we face, and how we can create volunteering environments where everyone feels welcome, valued, and able to contribute.

Whether you're looking for new ideas, practical inspiration, or simply the chance to connect with peers, we would love to have you join us for an evening of learning, collaboration, and networking.
