Event description

Greetings Cityzens.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Much merit to you!

For this event we will need two groups of volunteers:

Group 1 (25.10 & 26.10) - This group will arrive @Newbury by 10AM Saturday morning and will aid with setting up the stalls, statues, tents & hallway in preparation for the Kathina on Sunday. Food, carpooling and lodging will be provided at SOS. This group will be staying overnight in one of the SOS cottages. Maximum 12 people.

Group 2 (26.10) - Arriving on 8AM Sunday morning, this group will aid with ushering, crowd control, pack up & will be stationed at different stalls. Food and carpooling will be provided. No Maximum.
