VOLUNTEERING NSW 2021 STATE CONFERENCE
Shape the Future
The Volunteering NSW 2021 State Conference is the primary forum in NSW where leaders and practitioners come together to build knowledge, leadership and best practice in the volunteering sector.
The Conference has been developed for Volunteer Coordinators and Managers in the not-for-profit and community sectors, bringing together experts, academics and industry leaders to allow delegates the opportunity to advance their knowledge, develop skills and network.
This year’s conference will explore three themes to Shape the Future: Leadership and Stewardship of Volunteering; Innovation and Collaboration; and Valuing and Repositioning Volunteering.
Throughout the day, keynote, plenary and workshop presenters will share their knowledge and experience, and showcase practical solutions to the advancement of volunteering in NSW.
Early Bird Rates:
Early Bird rates for the Conference are available for Members and Non-Members from Thursday 8 April until Sunday 16 May, 2021. Bookings from Saturday 8 May will be charged at the Full Conference rate.
Change of Speakers:
The Centre for Volunteering reserves the right to substitute speakers if required. In the rare case of a speaker having to cancel due to personal reasons or illness, The Centre would make every effort to find a suitable substitute.
Cancellation of Event:
The Centre for Volunteering reserves the right to cancel this event if minimum numbers are not reached during the registration process. Delegates would be provided with a full refund in the case of cancellation.
Refund Policy:
In the event you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place.
Prior to Friday 14 May 2021: Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will refund your registration less an administration fee of $100 per registered delegate, provided the cancellation is received via email before 5.00pm on Friday 14 May 2021 to conference@volunteering.com.au
After 5.00pm Friday 14 May 2021: No cancellations will be accepted on or after 5.00pm Friday 14 May 2021 (full fee is retained). This is due to The Centre’s obligation to pay for venue, catering and speakers.
