Held on International Volunteer Managers Day, 5 November 2020, the Volunteering Tasmania Digital Conference 2020 will focus on What’s Next?

What’s Next in the world of volunteer management and volunteer engagement, when the COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges on many levels, and those of us leading volunteers have found ourselves in positions we never imagined?

Join us for this thought-provoking learning event where we will reflect on the lessons, challenges and most importantly opportunities for best practice volunteer management in times of uncertainty and change.

This Digital Conference will offer a combination of professional development for leaders of volunteers in Tasmania, while facilitating connection and networking opportunities to share experiences and knowledge across the volunteering sector.

The Conference Program will include plenary sessions with guest speakers, interactive Let's Talk Sessions in breakout rooms to encourage open discussion about topics that are relevant now and into the future of volunteer management, and an evening program on Governance, to share expertise with volunteer board members and organisations that are 100% volunteer-run.
