Help Orlando Math Circle bring an afternoon of fun, hands-on mathematics to our community!

The Family Math Festival welcomes children, families, and adults to explore entertaining math games, intriguing puzzles, hands-on math art, and unique mathematical activities in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

🙋 What Will Volunteers Do?

Volunteers will help facilitate activity tables featuring math problems, games, puzzles, and hands-on explorations. As a facilitator, your role is to:

• Welcome and engage festival participants
• Introduce and explain your assigned math activity
• Encourage participants to explore and discover solutions
• Ask guiding questions rather than simply giving answers
• Help create a fun and welcoming environment for all ages

🧠 What Is a Math Festival?

A Math Festival is an interactive community event where children and adults play with mathematics. Different activity stations are set up throughout the festival, each featuring a problem, game, puzzle, or mathematical exploration.

Participants can work individually or together, share ideas, and make discoveries—with volunteers helping guide the experience along the way.
