This Wire Madrid event will focus on career, HR, opportunities for women in the workplace, and having the courage to start again or take a different direction professionally.

We'll start with a short introduction to Wire and our partners for the evening:

We'll then have a roundtable moderated by one of our Wire Madrid volunteers, with a representative from each of our three partner companies. We'll talk about the initiatives and policies they have implemented within their organisations to support women, promote female talent and create more equal opportunities in the workplace.

This will be followed by the presentation of “Échale ovarios”, a book by coach Paula Peña Piña. Her book is a practical guide to finding the courage to take the next step in your career, embrace change and pursue professional growth without being afraid of success. We'll also raffle a copy of the book among attendees.

And, of course, we want to leave plenty of room for what Wire does best: connecting women. Networking will be an important part of the evening, and we're preparing a fun instant-photo activity designed to encourage attendees to meet and connect with someone new.

The idea is to create a warm, inspiring evening where we can talk honestly about careers, change and opportunities — and then give everyone enough time to actually connect with one another.
