R U OK? Community Connection Day

This R U OK? Day, we’re opening our doors and inviting everyone to Connect & Check — a relaxed community open house where everyone is welcome to pop in, connect and discover their community home away from home.

headspace Cannington and Befriend will help facilitate the afternoon with fun activities. Everyone is welcome.

Whether you visit VPCC regularly or have never stepped through our doors before, this is your invitation to come in, have a look around, meet new people and discover what your local community centre has to offer.

Come for five minutes or stay for the afternoon. Have a chat, meet someone new, explore the centre and find out about the activities, programs and opportunities available in your community.

Because checking in doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with a simple hello, a conversation, a cuppa, doing something together, or asking someone: “Are you OK?”
