Event description
In the spirit of reconciliation, join Vicki Hartman for an immersive hands-on workshop to explore Aboriginal cultural awareness and traditional weaving.
- Grow your understanding of Aboriginal culture, society and values.
- Effectively communicate and work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The day will conclude with tea and conversation as Vicki guides you on traditional basket weaving techniques to make your own basket. A starter pack can be taken home to continue weaving.
