for the community and voluntary sector

Vu Le (“voo lay”) is the writer of the hugely popular blog, NonprofitAF.com. Vu is also the former executive director of Rainier Valley Corp (RVC), a non-profit in Seattle that promotes social justice by supporting leaders of colour and fostering collaboration between diverse communities. Vu is a founding board member of Community-Centric Fundraising, a movement that aims to ground fundraising practices in racial equity and social justice.

Vu’s kōrero will generate visibility about the contribution our non-profits continue to provide to our nation’s hauora | wellbeing. It will also inspire the need for innovation and change to ensure underrepresented community groups are better supported. 

A panel discussion will follow with opportunity for questions and answers.
