You MUST be a current VU Student to attend this event.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION:-

1. All the attendees have to reach Battlekart, West Footscray till 2:30 PM.

2. No Food and drinks provided so please carry your snacks .

3. The event is divided into 4 slots with 30 min each as only 12 students are allowed in 1 slot. So the slots will be taken on first come first serve basis. The students are allowed to leave after they finish in there slot but it should be informed to the VUSU representative before leaving.

4. A VUSU representative will be there at all time and you can approach them if you have any issues during the event.

Additional Information:-

1. The meeting point would be at the venue - Battlekart, West Footscray.

2. Please carry your water bottle, power bank.

3. Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.

4. NO ALCOHOL.

5. No ticket cancellations 2 days prior to the event date.

6. Please prefer taking Public transport and get off at Tottenham station and there will be a 10 min walk or students can bring there own private vehicle.

7. Venue car park available and subject to availability.
